When I tasted this Junmai-Sparkling Sake for the first time, I could think of many meal scenes I would like to pair it with. I thought that the dry, non-sweet taste and gorgeous bubbles might make it even more pleasant to drink and set a new standard. The face of this sake is “white” so that it can be colored by the drinker. The printing is also eliminated and only embossing is used. It is a sake named because of that can add a touch of color has its fizz, SHU-WA, to any occasion from celebrations to everyday meals.
